GEN : State Book Awards Response

Hi,
  I have heard from the following states : Nebraska, Iowa, Vermont, Maine,
Arkansas, Texas, Alaska, Georgia, Maryland, South Dakota, Tennessee,
Missouri, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and
Washington.
Thanks so much to all who responded.  Unfortunately, I neglected to ask
about the matter of how the award, award function, etc. is funded.  I
really could use that information.  I wouldn't mind hearing from a few
other states, either.
