TECH: Library workstations NEC/IBM

Is anybody using NEC computers in your library or school? I am specifically
looking for comments/reviews on NEC Powermate v100e workstations. Also would
appreciate input/information on IBM PC340 Pentiums. Two vendors have quoted
us these workstations and we are not familiar with either one. Thanks for
any information or leads.
