GEN: Help with source of quote

I am a graduate student and a working LMS. I am trying to find a source
to cite for a quote presumably attributed to Confucius. It is:

If you plan for one year, plant rice.
If you plan for ten years, plant a tree.
If you plan for one-hundred years, educate a child.

I have searched on the internet and in every reference book accessible
to me without success.  Can anyone help with a reference I can cite for
an article being written for publication in a teaching journal. Grateful
if anyone can help.
