snail mail penpals

I have a 6th grade student looking for a penpal in another country,
preferably India or Australia.  I have looked on the Internet and all we
have found so far is keypals.  Does anyone have a source you would be
willing to share that would give us a way to connect with a penpal through
the mail??  We would be greatly appreciative!
