poem called "The Furrow"

Dear Group,
        A first grade teacher is looking for a copy of a poem
called "The Furrow" that a preacher read at her father's
funeral.  She asked for a copy but he hasn't sent it.  The poem
talks about farming and turning the earth.  She doesn't know
the author.  I know I've read on this listserver that people
have searched the Internet for this kind of information, but I
can't figure out how.  Please respond to me personally. TIA!
