Have not asked > recently , however. You must have missed the big Kinko's copyright infringement suit. Kinko's was popped for MILLIONS of dollars in fines for copying copyrighted materials. Now, they won't copy ANYTHING copyrighted without a permission letter. I even have trouble getting them to copy =my= material which has a copyright notice, and I'm the author! Regarding the book jackets. One may make a SINGLE copy of anything within reason for one's personal research or use in teaching.
