Hi,
  Last year, I was planning on doing a Bulletin Board using copied jackets
and was told at one of our conferences that it was a violation of
copyright.  I can't remember who told me but I did not do the board.  I had
always thought too that 1 copy for display purposes was okay.  I wish we
could get someone in authority to give us the definitive answer on this.
