Schultz has stated repeatedly that when he passes away the Peanuts comic
strip will stop. If you want to learn more about him and his work, read
FUNNY PAPERS by Elaine Scott. She was granted an interview with him
(when he turned down Barbara Walters) for her book which is a wonderful
behind the scenes look at comics. Although written for grades 4-7, older
kids will also enjoy and appreciate the information.
