I am a novice librarian for a small private school.  I am
considering proposing a reading incentive program for my
elementary students using volunteers from a neighboring
retirement community.  Have any of you had any experience with
this sort of situation?  Where the results good, bad,
indifferent?  Can you give me any advice before I dive-in?
