Just for FUN I'd like to recommend the William Wegman book version of Cinderella. He's the photographer who puts his Weimaraner dogs in costumes for books, calendars, t-shirts, etc. You may also have seen the dogs on Sesame Street. Of course, I can't help but be *slightly* prejudiced in this direction since Wegman and I buy our dogs from the same breeder in Maryland. <G> But check this one out. Gypsy's cousin's are great in this book. My favorite picture shows Cinderella sitting at a sewing machine making dresses for her wicked sisters, with the most forlorn expression on her face! There are several of these Wegman fairy tales. Those of you in elementary schools should especially consider them for your libraries. (No, I don't get a commission for this!)
