Tech: MS' Internet Jump Start CD

     I wanted to know if others had problems with the Microsoft Interenet
Jump Start CD.
     I can't get it to work on either a PC or Mac.  Mac gives "system
error";PC seems to load/install, but then you can't go anywhere from first
screen.
          I've tried to contact MS, left voice mail, but haven't had a reply.
