Library Staff Development??

I am looking for a good place to receive Staff Development in school
librarianship within 8 hours of Northwestern Pennsylvania.  This summer
I attended some school library workshops at the University of
Pittsburgh.  They were very good, but I am wondering if there are more
available in the Northwestern part of the United States.  I would
appreciate any information that you can send me.  Thank you
