Tech: Word 6.0,7.0 and Eudora postings

Does anyone out there know how to take postings from Eudora and use the
Edit/Find or Replace in Word 6.0 0r 7.0 to make whatever you copy from
Eudora or other email stretch across the whole line.  I know it can be
done...or at least heard rumor...but can't quite figure out what to choose
to do it!!!
Get tired of hitting delete and arrow keys at the end of each row to get rid
of the quirky things email does when you paste it into a word processor!!
