A hit was posted today quoting me as contributing a substantial citation of
copyright violation cases.  This material was only forwarded by me from the
LM_NET archives in AskEric.  I thought I had clearly stated that when I
sent the material to the poster, but evidently the real source got lost as
the material was condensed for this hit.  I apologize to the list for any
confusion which resulted.

Anyone who wants to read the original post can find it by using the subject
