ELEM Challenged book: Boy who lost his face

Hello,
A fellow librarian in an elementary school in a small town of 15,000 has had
a challenge to Louis Sachar's The Boy Who Lost His Face.  The parent objected
to the use of two profane words.
If you have had a challenge to this particular book, would you email me with
