ELEM:literature and holiday videos?-reasonable cost

We have been authorized to spend approximately $150 each (for 2 schools)
. That is $150 for K-1 school (175 students), and $150 for gr 2-4 school
(240 students) on holiday  and literature based videos (Meet the author
or videos of childrens books). I'm looking to get the most for my money.
I was looking in Follets AV catalog , came up with some good-sounding
titles, but they were $60 for a TEN MINUTE TAPE!  Does anyone have any
title or vendor suggestions, preferably about $20 per 1/2 hour tape. Like
I mentioned before, I'm trying to get the most tape for my $300. Thanks!
