Can this be Netscape problem too?

Hello,
        I'm desparate;can anyone help?

        I'm using Windows 95 (an upgrade from Win 3.1) installed
        from a CD.

        Was doing o.k. 'til I noticed this message---that now
        appears every time I start Windows:

        CS32 invalid page fault in module CSDVMP32.DLL at
        0137:005blc52

        Any ideas/suggestions would be g r e a t l y
        appreciated.
