TECH: Pine systems

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get a manual for the PINE system?  I posted
a question earlier in the week and got lots of helpful response, but now
I have another question and don't want to keep bugging this group.  I'll
ask it, but if you have the answer or a resource for a directions manual,
please, please let me know.  As far as I know, my district does not own
this such animal.

Here goes with the question:
If someonw sends me an attachment, and I can find it in the UNIX
directory, how do I retrieve it?
