Most cities have video shops that can transfer 16mm film to video. Your
biggest concern will be copyright because a legitimate shop will not
transfer the film if there is a question of legality. Look in the yellow
pages under "Video" and look for companies that advertise transfers - it
can cost anywhere from $.10 to $1.00 per foot.
