cd tower problems

We have a Meridaian tower with cd view software networked to seven
computers. We have Sirs researcher, MAS, Infotrac, and Wilson disk.  Our
tech poeople can not program it where more than one or two computers can
use the same program.  Our computers are IBM and we are networked using
Netware 3.12.  Is there anyone with a similar set up that does not have
this problem?  If you have solved it, how?
