sent various messages since Oct. and has had no luck and they are still
billing him. If anyone has the effective method, please e-mail me

Couldn't resist adding:
....you stop in the bookstore to pick up a book and emerge in a daze three
hours later.

...when in a bookstore, you can be found seated on the floor in the children's
book section writing titles and ISBN's into a little notebook.

...you keep a book in the car with you for those long traffic lights, bumper-
to-bumper delays on the highway, lines at the drive-up window.
