Mac conflicts with Groupwise and Cat or SoftWindows

Are there any GroupWise users out there who are also using the CAT testing
program and SoftWindows? If so, I could use your help!

Our Title and Special Ed. departments have started using both, and Groupwise
email printing problems are starting to crop up. Our tech. guy is stumped,
so we're starting to experiment while waiting for a copy of "Conflict
Catcher". It occurred to me that the listserv might prove to have some
experts on the topic. The first email message printed for the day (or start
up of the computer) prints just fine. Every message they print out after
that, when using Groupwise, prints out 10% of the regular size. Resetting it
so it says 100% has no effect. If you've experienced this problem and can be
