I know that there is an expressed need for bilingual librarians.
How is a school's need for a bilingual librarian determined?
        LEP rate, Monolingual Spanish, special money, other?
Has any librarian's lost their job because of not being bilingual?
Does ESL certification matter in retaining a job in a bilingual school or
        a school with a bilingual strand?
Is there a shortage of bilingual librarians?
