Hello fellow librarians -- I noticed a request for information on library
surveys last week from someone else, but have not noticed any
responses as of yet.  I, too, would like to do a survey for our middle
school library.  Any particular surveys you've used or found helpful?
What kind of questions have produced good insightful information?
