HIT: Book drops in outer walls of library

Consensus was that book drops in walls are not safe for fires or free from
the dangers of dead cats.....yum!

Everyone who responded (thank you, thank you!) was using freestanding book
bins (usually on wheels) which were similar to post office boxes to collect
books after hours.
