Ameritech Scholar - Mac

Our school district has just fully implemented Ameritech Scholar version
150 in all of our library media
centers. We operate from a central server located at the high school. In
the elementary schools we are using MACs for our connection. Everything is
going well except we are unable to send information to a printer therefore
I am seeking assisstance from anyone who might tell me that magic setting
I need to make the printers work. As you can see we really need to get
those overdue notices  printed.  I would appreciate any help you can
