Addresses for Polacco and Paulsen

Does anyone know how to contact Patricia Polacco or Gary Paulsen for school
visits?  We've tried their web sites, but can't find an address.  We'd like
to bypass their publishers if possible.  I know people have said they've had
them in their schools, and wondered if anyone had a direct address or phone
number.  I'm askins this for an Arkansas State University professor who
wants to try to bypass the middle man for economic reasons.
