Computer Program

Dear Netters,

I received this mail today. Can anyone help me out with a program that will
fit the need? Thanks!

My sister's school is looking for a computer program/system that allows
>parents to call in to the school to get information over the computer
>without a staff person sitting there.  They want the parents to be able to
