MS: Computer instruction lesson plans (Macintosh)

I have a friend who is going to teach basic computer skills (Macintosh)
to sixth grade students 3 periods a day in a middle school. Does anyone
know if there are any websites with good lesson plans for this
curriculum? Or do any of you have some to share?
