Here's my hit on printer supplies.  I'm waiting on catalogs from these

(Recommended Twice) MEI/Micro Center has very good prices, excellent service,
and dealing with them is easy.  Good cable prices, good laser and inkjet
prices (new and refills, OEM and "compatible"), good ribbon prices.

I found that the cheapest place for all kinds of printer supplies is
Office Depot, not sure if you have one in your area,  (I live in WA
state)-but check your phone book-it's a discount office supply
business.

 I have found some of the cheapest prices when I use the contract
that the State of Connecticut has negotiated.  Perhaps you can tap into
your State contract.  Our State Library units also negotiate discounts,
and sometimes things are found there.  Our school has also negotiated
discounts with a local stationery store.  These are all things worth
looking in to.

I used Cyberguys..check 800 information directory.  They are very
reasonable and also cary the ink jet refill kits which I used with ease
(I think they were about $5.00 each).

We use Quill. They have all kinds of office supples and most are priced well.
