Elementary library Aide

Dear LM Netters,

         I have just been told by my principal that my request for a full time
aide was denied.  Currently I have an aide for 2 hours
daily(sometimes.)  I'm in a school of 650 children, K-6 with a fixed
schedule.  My question is,  what do I need to do next to convice the
superintendent that I'm worthy of a full time aide? I've already listed
all the extra hours I've put in every summer and before and after
school, the tasks that need to be done, what my exact schedule is,etc.
I teach 35 classes weekly and I'm having a hard time keeping my head
above water.  I thought everything would straighten out by my fourth
year but I just keep fallling behind with everything.
