AIME can provide anyone with a list of copyright infringement cases. This information is usually sent free to members (as part of the membership/renewal packet), but I believe it is available to nonmembers for a fee. Executive Director Betty Gorsegner is in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact her at: AIME (Association for Information Media and Equipment) PO Box 1173 Clarksdale, MS 38614 phone: 1-601-624-9355 fax: 1-601-624-9366 email: aime@gmi.net http://www.aime While Mr. Frazier may (or may not) be right about public performance rights being a way to get additional cash from the users (us), it is _still_ part of the copyright law. Until the law is changed or modified, we either have to obey it or do what we want and take our chances that we won't be caught. I for one don't have the money to pay $100,000 _for each count of infringement_ . Barbara Barbara R.
