GEN: Don't Post Internet Hoaxes, Urban Legends, and Viruses

Hello LM_NET Colleagues,

Re:  "Returned or Unable to Deliver"  Fake Virus Announcement, etc.

LM_NET has been fairly free of of messages related to Internet Hoaxes,
Urban Legends, and Viruses, but the "Returned or Unable to Deliver" hoax
has been circulating, so I thought I would share this information. Dealing
with these reports can be time consuming-- and their presence adds to the
slowdown of the Internet in general. I would recommend that everyone be
aware of these phenomena.

There are many other places to look for help. The main idea is to stop
before you forward such "warnings".
