SEC: Internet Search Request Form needed

Does anyone use a form for students to fill out BEFORE they try a
search on the Internet?  Something that will make them think first
and try and refine their search (terms)?

If you have one, will you share?

I am trying to streamline the searches that are done since we have
limited access and can't afford the luxury of having no direction.
