article in Sat. Review Nov, 1972

One of my teachers is looking for a copy of an article that appeared in
Saturday Review dated November 25, 1972.  The article is titled "The
Ethnogastronomy of Thanksgiving" by James Deetz and Jay Anderson.  She
had an old copy that is now barely readable.

I've tried the local public & school libraries, but none of us have
articles that far back.  Can anyone help?  Where can you find articles
from magazines that far back?  I only need a copy of the article, not
the magazine itself.  A reprint of the article from another magazine or
book would do.
