There are no known conflicts with Alexandria 3.8 or 4.0 and Netscape.
Many of us at COMPanion run both at the same time.  Some people, however,

might have the expected memory conflicts from running several programs at
once or a slowed system because of increased network traffic.  This is a
hardware issue, rather than a software conflict.
