I finally got brave enough to update to 4.0 and of course, now it won't work. If you can please answer these questions: Did you get a manual with your disks? Is there a master username and password for the FairCom server? I keep getting errors on my workstation, which I used to fix by shutting everything down and starting from scratch. But I can't shut the server down. I don't know the password. It never asked me to set one, and there is no documentation with the software. I had not renewed my customer support because I don't think I can justify $470 for the few times I call. That's half of my entire budget! So I will call and pay the $20. I am so disappointed that their customer support is so high, and that they send disks without a manual. Thanks for your help. Karen DeFrank, Librarian Dorothy L.
