Laptop circulation tips

Hear Ye! Please respond with information regarding the purchase, circulation
policies, responsibility, various types of use, protective case, etc. involved
in checking out  laptops to high school-middle school students.  Risks? Limits?
parental permission?  We are moving in this direction and need info from those
with practical, hands-on experience.  Please respond ASAP as a decision will
be made in a week or so--soon!  TIA Kay
