TECH: Iomega Zip Disks

Has anyone else had difficulty backing up their hard drive with a
"used" Zip disk?  I periodically make new backups and find that my
diskettes will not allow more than 1-2 copies.  I have phoned Iomega who
has graciously offered to replace the Zip disks but I do not look forward
to the same scenario a month or two down the road.
