Mark Twain Project

Hi, all....
A teacher is asking about a project he thinks is being done at UC Berkeley
that involves the reissuing of critical editions of Mark Twain's works.
These will include the text of the work along with sources Twain used,
sketches, holographs, and commentary.  He _thinks_ the project is called
"The Mark Twain Project", but searches on several search engines come up w/
nothing using that term on the internet.  Has anyone out there heard of it?
Any info at all would help.
