TECH: Metering CD Towers/Drives

We are attempting to provide metering capabilities to our Meridian 314 CD
tower on a cross platform environment using Windows NT for the core of our
network. Is anyone out there successfully metering and controlling
simultaneous access to CD drives through Windows NT and if so how are you
doing that?
