        Definitely a Bible belongs in every library for literary,
historical, and comparative religion reasons.  First, be sure you have a
King James version.  Most quotes will come from that and as literature it
is the standard.  As for religion in the schools, the question is not
difficult in this instance.  We have the Bible (a couple of versions as
well as Bible dictionary, concordance, etc. just as we have the Koran,
Popul Vuh, the Book of Mormon, and lots of other religious sources.  Be
prepared, though, because the Bible is one of the most stolen books in
libraries.  Figure that one out?   Bruce
