HIT: Personal E-mail Use

Dear Group:

The majority of people who answered my inquery regarding personal  use of
school sponsored e-mail were overwhelmingly in favor of allowing personal
use.  Reasons ran the gamut from getting comfortable with technology so that
use will carry over to professional life to creating an overall good feeling
in the district.  The HIT is long (over 40 replies).  If you would like the
