Seeking institutions offering International qualifications in

One of my close friends from India is a chartered accountant and is looking
for a correspondence course from reputed overseas institutions in
English-speaking countries like USA, UK, Canada or Australia who can offer
(1) A post-graduate degree in Management with emphasis on International
Trade and/or International finance or (2) a qualification equivalent to CPA
in US (certified public accountant), ACA or ICMA etc. Although he is
already a senior executive in a multi-national organization and has an
experience of 18 years as Chartered Accountant in the field of finance,
management accounting, taxation and related areas, he wishes to pursue the
above courses to embellish his present Indian qualifications with an
International qualification.
I would be grateful if you could suggest the names and addresses of such
institutions.
