REF: Cinderella themes

Dear 'Netters,

Happy New Year! I am about to embark on a month long exploration of
Cinderrella stories with my fifth graders, except that I can't remember what
the five common themes are.

If I remember, there are five Cinderella themes, to truly be a variation, each
story must contain at least three. Anyone know what they are?
