Reference question

Okay, I have a very strange question.  One of our teachers came in today and
asked what the correct medical term was for a birth defect known as "a
concave chest" and the second part of her question was "what might cause it?"

Help!  This is for a teacher that I have been trying to sell on the benefits
of internet.  I have told her that you can find out anything you want to
know on the 'net and now I must "put up or shut up!"  Thanks a million for
your help!
