School Configuration of Grades

Our school system is in the midst of a need for physical expansion.
Wednesday night there is a meeting regarding possible configurations.
Presently, the Sandwich Public Schools have three K-8 buildings and one
high school of 9-12.  This note asks you to give advantages you've seen
in a 6-8 model regarding social, emotional, physical and educational
needs for both teachers and students.  Possible enrollment would be 1070
for a building housing grades 6-8.  We would value any imput you are able
to give.
