100% Educational Videos Company

Dear Group,
        A teacher has requested several hundred dollars worth
of videos from a company called "100% Educational Videos " from
Orangevale, California.  We are skeptical aboput the quality of
these videos and cannot find any reviews.  Has anyone used this
company to order videos?  Are you happy with what you got?
The videos the teacher requests are all about the state of
Virginia, but I am interested in the company's reputation.  We
cannot find the titles in any other  catalogs.  TIA
