I asked the same question (see below) about three weeks ago. Several people answered and this is the jist: 100% Educational Videos is a distributor not a producer. They get videos from a number of places, and the quality is sometimes good, sometimes not so good. However, they are reliable and willingly take back returns. Occasionally you can find one of their videos more cheaply at Library Video Company.
