GEN: HELP WITH SONGS--PUCTUATION

Hi NETfolk--
I tried finding the answer to this on the WWW, but my Webcrawler was crawling
like a snail, and I trust you far more. In the midst of finishing a bit of
writing, I find I don't have the punctuation knowledge to answer three simple
questions. If you know this, TIA! Coming down the home stretch on corrections
for my new manuscipt! Thanks for helping me get these details right.

1. Doing What Comes Naturally from Annie Get Your Gun: What's the proper
title for that song? Is it "Doing" or "Doin'"? Is is "Naturally" or
"Natcherly" or something else?
2. My Country 'Tis of Thee: Is there a comma after country? An apostrophe in
'Tis?
3. Funniculi Funnicula: Should there be a comma between the two words?
